On the direction of DC Quetta, the carriage owners are being addressed and instructed to follow the policy of the district administration regarding parking of carriages in Sub-Division Sadar. The purpose of this exercise is to sensitize the owners of carriages not to cause traffic jams and obstruct the flow of traffic by parking vehicles in the middle of the road.
